Mammoth Tusk Ivory

 

A mammoth is any species of the extinct elephantid genus Mammuthus

This tusk ivory is coming from a Mammuthus Primigenus, or Woolly Mammoth and was found in the melting permafrost of Siberia. The age is estimated around 10 000 to 12 000 years
