This specimen seems to be a shield fragment form a larger oriented Carbonaceous Chondrite (based on experience, I would say likely a CV3).

 

The crust is extremely thick, and vacuolar, a lot of bobbles there. Hard to find a spot to cut and get a classification, but if you purchase it, i am happy to do so (after discussing the where), then having it classified under your name on the Meteoritical Bulletin, for no extra fee.
